Return & Refund Policy
All battery-operated, electric, and gas-powered tools purchased online come with a 7-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
We only offer exchanges for the same product or store credit — no refunds.
No exchanges or returns for working items.
A 15% restocking fee applies if the customer chooses to return an eligible item.
Accessories, fasteners, tool chests, or non-powered tools do not carry a warranty.
Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Gas-Powered Equipment
All gas-powered equipment (chainsaws, pole saws, pressure washers, etc.) must be properly filled with bar/chain oil, engine oil, and gas (if required) by the customer after delivery.
We are not responsible for, nor will we exchange, items damaged due to improper maintenance or usage. For proper operation, refer to the manufacturer’s manual (searchable online using your model number).
Tool Pallet Purchases
All pallet sales are FINAL and sold AS IS.
We are not responsible for missing items or damage after delivery.
Only the pallet and wrap may be discarded — no tools, boxes, or items from the pallet can be returned.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.
Once inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
